Company Policies

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placing your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.Order processing begins as soon as you submit your order. As a result, we cannot add or eliminate items after the order has been placed. If you still wish to modify the order, please send an e-mail at contact@accentwall.eu and with respect to reasonable efforts we will try to modify it but we are not obliged to.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. If you are a registered with us as a user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

DELIVERY AND INSURANCE

We currently perform deliveries in Romania and in Europe. We work with several fast courier companies and orders will ship out within 10 business days from ordering date.  The delivery time is 2-5 days depending on the country, subject to any delays in shipping companies.

The delivery cost for Romania is 12 euro, this being a  fixed cost. The delivery cost for countries within Europe is 40 euro, this being a  fixed cost. All orders of 300 euro or more qualify for free shipping.

The cost excludes import taxes which depend on the country.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 10 business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take longer during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Romanian public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe that we provided, please check your inbox or phone to see if you received any notification from the carrier regarding your parcel or check with your family members or neighbors if they picked up the parcel for you. After that attempt to contact us or the carrier service to check the status of the parcel you are waiting for.  Please keep handy the AWB number that we sent you with the parcel.

If you cannot attend to the delivery,  the courier will inform you about the undelivered package. This means that he will provide you all the necessary information in order to pick up your package thereafter.  It is very likely that before the delivery, you will receive a text message or a telephone call from the courier.

RETURN AND COMPLAINTS

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have no right to cancel an order/contract for the supply of a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalized. As a general rule, all of our products are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Accordingly, you have no right to cancel an order/a contract.

We take our quality vows very seriously and this will surely reflect on your level of satisfaction. But should you find anything wrong with your product, please notify us within 5 working days and we will do our best to solve the problem in the shortest possible time. We will also ask you for photographs that reflect the problem, sent at contact@accentwall.eu. Please also take into account the fact that if you already applied the wallpaper on the wall it can not be returned.

We provide a one-year guarantee on all our products. We do not guarantee for the installation.

Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge. We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product is damaged, faulty or defective, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before installing it. We do not reimburse for faulty installations.

Faulty or damaged products should be returned to SC XPECT SRL, Str. Emil Isac Nr. 17 A ap.2, 400023, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.   If any dispute arises the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed. For returns or complaints, please contact customer service at contact@accentwall.eu or telephone + 40 747 128 997.

In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your faulty or damaged products.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Users’ personal data will certainly be confidential. The information which we ask from users is as follows: surname, first name, date of birth, personal address and delivery address, profession, company, telephone, personal e-mail, company e-mail.

We ask this information for the purpose of creating an evidence record of our clients and to know exactly how to satisfy their needs in the most efficient manner.

We will use your personal data for processing an order, in order to have a statistics for the reason of improving our services provided to our clients, in order to easily provide our services to clients, in order to administer our website. The data is stored and used also for information and marketing purposes. This means that Accent Wall, unless you expressed the objection in writing, may use your personal information to contact you by email with newsletters, by SMS, email or direct mail.

We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by Accent Wall. We will not, without your consent, pass on your contact details unless it is required by law, if it is necessary for your order with us or if it is needed in order to protect the rights and properties of Accent Wall.
