1. Is the wallpaper in one piece?

2. What size are the stripes?
Every stripe is 110cm long and has the height of your wall.
3. What material is the wallpaper made of?
The material that we print our wallpaper on is unwoven material (made from wood pulp), of premium quality. This material can be used for decorating personal spaces as well as open spaces in commercial areas. It is a premium wallpaper and very resistant to dirt. The texture is smooth and quite similar to a digital print- with vivid colors and perfect finish.
4. The wallpaper will have the same colour that I can see on my computer?
Considering that every screen shows colours differently, we can not guarantee an exact match. If you want to be 100% certain, you should order a sample for preview.
2. Placing the order
1. Should I give the exact measurements of the wall?
Certainly. As a precaution, we will also zoom the image by 1-2% before printing to ensure that it will cover even an assymetrical wall and you have just enough material. In case you do not want us to do that just let us know this when you place the order.
3. How do I use the cropping tool?
After you introduce the measurements, the tool to crop the wallpaper is active, we activate a section that will show exactly which part of the image will pe printed on your wallpaper. Use the mouse to pull the margins, you can move this section in the desired position. If you realize that you can not use this image just ask for customer support.

3. Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, surely you can order a sample of the Accent Wall you intend to buy. The sample is free. Put it in the basket and order it on the site. You will receive a 1:1 sample of 18×18 cm. The delivery fee in Romania is 20 lei.
4. Can I order any wall paper size?
The minimum size is 2 sq m. As for the maximum, if the desired size can not be automatically processed by our size calculator please contact us and we will be able to prepare a custom file for the desired size.
4. Installing the wall paper
1. How do I install the wall paper?
Our wallpaper will be installed just like any other regular wallpaper; you can find a step by step guide here.
2. What kind of glue should I use to bind it to the wall?
The wallpaper should be glued to the wall with a highly adhesive special paste for unwoven wallpaper. We recommend that you use a high-quality brand for safety.
3. Can I install the wallpaper in the bathroom also?
Our wallpaper is also suitable for bathroom wall if it is not in direct contact with water.
4. What if the professional I hired to install the wallpaper has ruined it?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover this risk but we are able to offer a 20% discount if you need to replace it.
5. Should I hire and schedule the installer before the wallpaper arrives?
Considering this is a custom product, we recommend hiring the installer after you have received your order. Upon delivery we strongly recommend verifying if the package is intact and in good order.

1. How soon will I get my order?
Orders are processed, printed and dispatched within 10 working days from the moment you place the order and make the payment.
2. Do you ship in other countries too?
Yes, we also ship to EU countries.
3. Can I get a refund or a different product if I am not happy with what I get?
In case you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 5 days to communicate the reason for your discontent and we can find a solution for you to be 100% satisfied.
